Training Class Schedule

ACTIVE SCHEDULE

Tip Top Tykes: Tuesday and Thursday 3:45 pm - 4:30 pm, 4:30 pm - 5:15 pm 5:30 pm -  6:15 pm

Tip Top Elite: Tuesday and Thursday 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Tip Top Athlete (13 years and up): Monday, Weds and Fridays 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm, and 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm

All classes specialize in helping athletes move their bodies more efficiently using various techniques and movement strategies. We heavily focus on linear straight-line sprinting, drive phase, strength training multi-directional movements, and footwork.
