SUMMER SCHEDULE

Tip Top Tykes: Tuesday and Thursday 11am, 12pm and 3pm

Tip Top Athlete: Monday, Weds and Fridays 9:30am - 11:00am and 11:00am - 12:30pm

Receiver Clinic: Tuesday and Thursday 1:00pm and 2:00pm 15.00 a session

All classes are specialized in helping athletes become more efficient in moving their body using varies techniques and movement strategy. We have a heavy focus on linear straight line sprinting, drive phase, strength training multi-directional movements and footwork.
