
Class Schedule

Tip Top Tykes- 7-12 Trains 2 times a week for 45 minutes
Tip Top Athlete- Trains 3 times a week for 1.5 hours 13 and older
All classes are specialized in helping athletes become more efficient in moving their body using varies techniques and movement strategy. We have a heavy focus on linear straight line sprinting, drive phase, strength training multi-directional movements and footwork.
